We have FREE SHIPPING on order over $100 for all domestic orders!
We ship WORLD WIDE! International + Canada shipping prices will be calculated at checkout according to your location. You pay what we pay and nothing more!
Priority Rush Delivery or Overnight: Please email us at info@pineandspruce.com for pricing and info.
Shipping labels are printed and processed 1-3 days prior to orders shipping.
You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.
Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the following Business Day.

POSSIBLE DELAYS:

You will receive a notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or cancelled.
There may be delays due to weather, holidays, and UPS/USPS delays that are beyond our control!

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:

If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. An additional flat rate of $10 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.
